Larry has led major initiatives, including a $17B IT integration, a successful market entry in Germany driving significant market share improvement, while also helping non-profits and start-up companies. His expertise spans finance, operations, and IT—with a strong track record in ERP implementation, GAAP compliance, production optimization, and enterprise-wide improvements.

Larry is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. He and his wife, Lizi, are honored to lead Orchard Consulting Group together. In his free time, Larry enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending quality time with his adult children, eleven grandchildren, and many cherished friends.

Lizi Brown is the Founder and the Chief Strategy Officer of Orchard Consulting Group, where she specializes in crafting and launching innovative initiatives throughout the company. Her expertise lies not only in bringing ideas to life, but also in establishing the organizational structure and relational frameworks necessary for long-term success. Over the years, she has honed the ability to align vision with execution, ensuring that both people and processes work in harmony to drive sustainable growth.

With a deep commitment to fostering meaningful relationships, Lizi’s work extends beyond the business environment and into the broader community. She is guided by strong personal values—principles that shape her professional endeavors, relationships, and leadership style.

Family plays a central role in Lizi’s life. As a parent of four grown children and proud grandparent to eleven grandchildren, she understands the importance of nurturing connections and cultivating environments where individuals can thrive. Whether in business, family, or community, Lizi is passionate about building bridges, nurturing growth, and creating lasting impact.

As Director of Technology Solutions at Orchard Consulting Group, Daniel focuses on helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data and teams. With over seven years of experience in technology consulting, his expertise includes data analytics, visual storytelling, and reporting strategy. He has consulted with Fortune 500 companies centered on driving adoption, streamlining platforms, and leading change initiatives that create meaningful, lasting impact.

Motivated by solving valuable problems, his approach blends technical insight with a people-first mindset—whether uncovering new opportunities through data or strengthening team dynamics. Daniel is committed to building environments where his team feels supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.

Daniel has an undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Texas Dallas and a Master's in Business Analytics from Southern Methodist University.

Daniel's life is anchored in faith, family, and community. He is a proud husband and father of two daughters, focused on living a balanced life.

Stephanie Danclair is a seasoned business and operations specialist with experience across the private sector, government, and international nonprofits. Since joining Orchard Consulting Group, she has helped clients tackle financial and operational challenges while managing the firm’s bookkeeping team and supporting executive strategy.

Stephanie is passionate about building efficient systems, encouraging collaboration, and partnering with clients in their decision making. Before joining Orchard, Stephanie provided strategic advisory services to a variety of organizations and companies. She also held positions with the US Department of Defense’s Military Health System, the US Library of Congress’ Hispanic Division and provided consultancy to the United Nations’ World Food Program.

She holds a master’s degree in International Development from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s in International Affairs and Spanish from the University of Mary Washington.

Stephanie enjoys mentoring and has a lifelong commitment to education. She lives in Florida with her husband and three children.
